At Zhongshan Woshida Lighting Co., Ltd., we take pride in the quality of our lighting products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully.
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
The item received is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong product, color, or quantity.
The item was severely damaged during shipping.
Note: Refunds are not available for custom-made or non-standard lighting products unless there is a proven issue with quality or shipping.
To request a refund:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
If necessary, we may ask you to return the item.
Once we confirm the issue or receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
If the refund is due to product defects or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong item chosen, change of mind), the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
Items returned without original packaging, or that show signs of use or damage.
Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
Custom or personalized lighting orders.
All refunds will be returned via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
